Abena's Foam dressing is a hydrophilic polymer with a three dimensional foam structure that is processed by the latest technological advancements to quickly absorb wound exudate and help maintain a moist wound healing environment. It is designed to not stick to the wound and help minimize user's discomfort upon removal. It can easily be positioned around a tracheostomy tube or stoma site, using retention tape for security, if needed.

• Protective backing: Made of polyurethane film, this layer acts as a bacteria barrier while allowing an optimal moisture vapor transmission rate.
• Absorbent foam: Made of polyurethane foam, this layer manages high levels of exudate, helping to prevent maceration, it also offers additional comfort and cushioning protection.
• Indications: Moderate to heavily exuding wounds, pressure ulcers, diabetic ulcers, surface trauma wounds, venous/arterial leg ulcers, graft and donor sites, tracheostomy associated wounds, intubation, cannula sites, other tube sites.
• Contraindications: Not intended for use on third-degree burns, do not use on dry wounds.
